井
Jǐng · The Well
The town can move; the well stays. What is full does not chase anyone.
The judgment
井:改邑不改井,無喪無得,往來井井。汔至,亦未繘井,羸其瓶,凶。
A town can move, but a well cannot. It gives without running out and without gaining anything. People come and go to draw from it. If the rope does not reach the water, or the jar breaks on the way up, that is misfortune.
